MS(GENL), MS(ORTHO)/Others AND GNM /B.SC(NURSING) SISTERS REQUIRED AT HARIDWAR, UTTRAKHAND.

An 150-bed multi-specialty hospital [just a kilometer’s distance from Haridwar Railway Station] run by a world famous mission, with the departments like Medicine, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Gynec & Obs, Surgery, Pediatrics, ENT, Dental, Ultra-sonography etc, assisted by ICU, NICU, Emergency, Blood Bank, Pathological Lab. The departments are equipped with ultra-modern equipment and instruments – Ventilators, bed-side monitors, echo-cardiography, syringe pumps, infusion pumps, ultrasound machine, digital x-ray etc. to ensure that high quality treatment can be made accessible to all, especially have-nots.

The Institute presents a platform to connect to opportunities for multiplying one’s knowledge base to equip to leapfrog to higher scales of professional efficiency. More importantly, blooming professionals would learn to discipline their individual brilliance for contributing to the larger team cause.

2. Requirement of:

i. DOCTORS:

a) Paediatrician, MD

b) Radiologist, MD/MBBS+DMRT

c) General Surgeon, MS

d) Physician MBBS + MD or DNB in Medicine

e) Orthopedician (MBBS + D.Ortho) OR (MS or DNB in Orthopedics)

f) General Surgeon MBBS + MS in surgery

AND

ii.GNM / B.SC(NURSING) SISTERS.

The doctors would join a panel of specialists and tune themselves to various streams of departments in the overall management of the delivery of efficient treatment processes and in contribution of views and means to improve the same. To achieve this, the management designed a broad frame-work [ given below ] for doctors to slot in themselves and perform towards perfecting the processes of treatment methods.

3. Broad description of role

a. The doctor would sit in OPD in the morning and evening in the following hours :

During Summer - Morning - 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM; Evening - 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM

During Winter - Morning - 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM; Evening - 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM

b. They would admit patients, treat them and make rounds in the morning and evening to monitor their improvement.

c. They would be available during the times of emergencies, if any, once / twice in a week.

4. Pay Package

a) salary, for all posts would be negotiable.

b) The authority would provide rent-free accommodation - a double-bed room flat within the sprawling campus of the mission.

c) There is a system of annual increment and a review of pay package from time to time.
